This week on Radio Rounds, host Lakshman Swamy had the chance to interview Dr. Harlan Krumholz at the recent Lown Institute conference in San Diego. Harlan is a cardiologist as well as a leader in the field of health services research and health policy, and as such, he directs the Yale Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation. Today, Harlan talks about the importance of taking action to come up with solutions to the problems of overtreatment and lack of access to care with a clear call to arms for trainees everywhere.
